Magtax determines the location of the prior year datasets and loads them into the list.  If you need to import from another folder, click the "Change Prior Year Data Folder"  button to select a new folder from which to import.

 

Double click each entry you want to import.

 

Click "Convert These Datasets" to import and clear the amounts.
